airneán, m. (gs. -áin). Night-visiting; sitting up late at night. Oíche airneáin, a night’s visiting; a social evening (of visiting, of dancing, of music, of card-playing, of conversation). Suigh agus déan d’airneán, sit down and stay a while of the night. An choinneal airneáin a chaitheamh, to keep late hours, to talk far into the night; to burn the midnight oil.

Spend an evening in the company of musicians and listeners, serenaded by contemporary Irish language musicians in the cosy back room at Fumbally Stables.
