The first case in the Irish language at the European Court of Justice

Peadar Mac Fhlannchadha, the then advocacy manager at Conradh na Gaeilge, identified that there were no Irish labels on dog medicine. The case was referred to the Court of Justice in Luxembourg. All documents were in Irish, and in addition, the court hearing was conducted in Irish.
